Hello! Today we take a break from the Alphabet Challenge for another special post! There are THREE awesome things about this one:
1) It's my 100th post! Woohoo!
2) I missed my one-year blogaversary on the 5th of this month--whoops! Late celebration!
3) I just got back from a really awesome mini-holiday to Toronto! It was so great I didn't want to come back. Of course, I did a special manicure for the trip! Let's check it out, eh?
Just a simple one, but fun to wear and I got a few compliments :) The white tips are OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, the red tips were added with China Glaze Ruby Pumps, and the maple leaf is stamped with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Rapid Red and the image from Bundle Monster stamping plate BM04. The leaf image has little vein-cutout details, so I used a small brush to fill this in with more of the red polish and make it more Canadian-flag-esque. And of course, when that was dry, topped with good ol' trusty Seche Vite.
And then, because there is no such thing as too much (especially on vacation!), I added some rhinestones to the undersides...
So there you have it. Canadian nails (Canails?) for my 100th post and 1-year anniversary of blogging! Hope you enjoyed :) See you next time! xoxo

Eww, you can see the nail glue in close-ups. These were like 4mm in real life and totally not noticeable. |
Why yes I am posing with maple syrup :D |
