Pink with Tinsley'd Tips

Hello, my beauties!

You know what's awesome about moving to a new country? Catching all their new and different germs. :P I've had about ten colds since January, it seems!! But it won't stop me painting my nails...

I know, so much pink on this blog lately! Not sure what's gotten into me. But I really wanted to use the beautiful Zoya Tinsley again, and I used it to dab some gradient tips on top of two coats of Revlon #280 Bubbly. I love how it looks orangey in the bottle, but pink and even purpleish here when sponged on like this. The glassflecky sparkles are rosier than the sheer base :)

To accent them, I just used some little teardrop- and flower-shaped rhinestones from a random pack of gems I found at a craft store years ago. I think they were called "ice chips", hehe. You could totally find something similar on eBay or the like!

Sadly, it was rainy and dark out the whole time I wore these, so I only got indoor shots. The best variety I can show you is one without flash...

Tinsley's more peachy nature emerges.

Gradient glitter/shimmer tips seem to be a go-to for me when I have no grand plan in mind. It's quick, easy, pretty, and can prolong the life of a solid-colour mani that might be showing some tipwear. Do you have a go-to nail look you can slap on when you're in a hurry?
