Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Black Out, just a nice standard black creme. The rest is painted on with acrylic paint and a small brush, and then topped with
Seche Vite.

What do you think? The little stars are very minimalistic, even more so than they look in these super-close-up photos. Without the moons, it was actually a nice, simple, elegant look I might wear again sometime. But I adore the spacey feel of these :D
